SERVICE RULES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your account, subscription, content, and use of RealtorBroadcast.

Effective August 8, 2026

Questions about these Terms?support@realtorbroadcast.com

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RealtorBroadcast governing your access to and use of the RealtorBroadcast website, applications, social media management tools, subscriptions, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service for a company, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your password and recovery information, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that team members use the Service appropriately.

3. The Service

RealtorBroadcast provides tools that may allow authorized users to connect social accounts, create and upload content, select publishing destinations, schedule posts, publish content, monitor activity, and view analytics or reports. Available features may depend on your plan, connected platform, platform approval, account type, geographic location, or third-party restrictions.

4. Social accounts and platform rules

You may connect only social accounts, pages, profiles, channels, or other destinations that you own or are authorized to manage. You decide which available destinations to connect and select for publishing.

You must comply with the terms, policies, community standards, advertising rules, intellectual-property rules, and technical limitations of each connected social platform. Third-party platforms control their own services and may review apps, change APIs, revoke permissions, impose rate limits, reject content, restrict accounts, or discontinue features. RealtorBroadcast is not responsible for a third-party platform’s actions or availability.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant RealtorBroadcast a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, resize, format, and deliver that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and carry out your publishing instructions.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content and its publication. You are responsible for captions, claims, disclosures, targeting choices, music, images, video, trademarks, personal information, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, or publish deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful material.
  • Send spam, coordinate inauthentic behavior, manipulate engagement, evade platform enforcement, or publish content without required authorization.
  • Distribute malware, probe or bypass security, interfere with the Service, scrape it without permission, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Resell, reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by law or written authorization.
  • Use the Service in a way that creates unreasonable risk, excessive load, or harm to RealtorBroadcast, its providers, social platforms, or other users.

7. Paid plans, renewals, and cancellation

RealtorBroadcast is a paid service with an optional one-time 24-hour trial. The trial does not require a payment card and automatically ends 24 hours after activation. Continued access after the trial requires a paid plan. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown before checkout.

Monthly, three-month, six-month, annual, and other recurring plans automatically renew for the same billing interval until cancelled. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize Stripe and RealtorBroadcast to charge the payment method on file at each renewal at the then-current disclosed price, plus applicable taxes.

You may cancel future renewal through available billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable and unused time is not credited, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

RealtorBroadcast does not impose a separate daily posting allowance, but every connected social network controls its own API quotas, publishing caps, content rules, and account restrictions. A post may be delayed or rejected when a platform limit or restriction applies.

8. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the Service, respond to security concerns, comply with law, or adapt to third-party platform requirements. Scheduled publishing and analytics can be delayed or fail because of outages, account permissions, rejected content, rate limits, token expiration, platform review, or other events outside our control. You should verify time-sensitive or legally required posts directly on the destination platform.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, software, website design, documentation, branding, and other materials supplied by RealtorBroadcast are owned by RealtorBroadcast or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service during your authorized subscription; they do not transfer ownership.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay charges, created security or legal risk, abused the Service, or caused a platform-policy violation. Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and responsibility for content—will survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RealtorBroadcast disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee publication, reach, engagement, revenue, leads, regulatory compliance, data accuracy, or continued access to any social platform.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtorBroadcast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, content, data, or business opportunity arising from the Service. RealtorBroadcast’s aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to RealtorBroadcast during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RealtorBroadcast from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your connected accounts, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, law, or platform requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

15. General terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Service unless another written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
