RealtorBroadcast is the Social Media Posting Studio Built for Real Estate. Agents, brokers, and real estate professionals can organize listing photos, write captions, plan open houses and market updates, publish content, and review results in one workspace.

RB offers Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and X connections. Facebook publishing uses Pages; Instagram requires a supported professional account. LinkedIn offers personal-profile and company-Page connection options. You must be authorized to manage your selected destinations. Features vary by network and account type. Review platform requirements and limits.

The one-time trial lasts 24 hours after activation, includes 100 MB of storage, and needs no credit card. It ends automatically. Scheduling up to 45 days ahead requires a paid subscription.

Every paid plan includes the same core creation, publishing, analytics, and reporting tools. The billing term and total storage change: monthly includes 5 GB, three months 15 GB, six months 50 GB, and one year 100 GB. Storage is a total capacity, not a new allowance each month. Use Settings for plan and storage information, company branding, and Security and MFA. Newsletter signup is optional and separate from essential account, security, billing, and publishing messages. Cancel future subscription renewals through the available billing controls or contact support.

While signed in, use Feedback to report an error or request a feature, or email support@realtorbroadcast.com. Include what you were trying to do and any error message. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment details.

Use real estate templates, saved post templates, reusable hashtag sets, emoji and symbols, or AI writing to draft, polish, shorten, or adapt captions for selected networks. AI suggestions do not publish automatically, and there is no separate AI credit purchase in RB. Review property facts, dates, prices, links, advertising disclosures, and network limits before publishing.

Connect Canva to create or open a design and import its finished export into RB. Where Edit in Canva is available in your Media Library, send a supported image to Canva and bring the edited design back as a new file while preserving the original. Canva features and licensed content depend on your Canva plan.

Yes. Both Create Post and Media Library offer Dropbox and Google Drive imports. Sign in with the provider and choose supported photos or videos that fit your available RB storage. Files are copied into your RB Media Library; Create Post also attaches them to the post. Originals stay with the provider. Imported copies do not automatically sync with later changes to the originals.

Reusing the same saved library file shares its stored original with the post. Identical supported imports are reused when RB recognizes the same file. Edited designs, converted files, and other changed versions can be separate files. Separate preview files also use storage.

Regular uploads and Dropbox or Google Drive imports must fit your available RB storage. Larger supported files upload in parts and save to your Media Library. Storage limits are separate from publishing limits: YouTube publishing supports videos up to 2 GB in RB, and other networks have their own limits. Follow the requirements in Create Post; networks may also impose duration, format, or channel restrictions.

Drag thumbnails or use the arrow buttons; number 1 appears first. Choose the media and caption for each network version. RB supports up to 10 Facebook images, 10 images or videos in an Instagram carousel, 20 for Threads, 20 LinkedIn images, 20 TikTok photos or one video, four X images or one video, one Pinterest image, and one YouTube video. Formats cannot be mixed on every network. Create Post checks your selected versions.

Use the music and location options offered for the selected network. Music results depend on the catalog available to the account and may differ from the social app. You remain responsible for music rights. Location text adds ordinary caption text; a selected location tag is a separate feature. The example city can be estimated from your IP address and is not posted unless you enter a location.

Paid subscribers can schedule up to 45 days ahead. Publish now, schedule selected networks together, or choose separate times for each network. Separate schedules appear as individual Content Calendar entries.

Yes, once the post and media are saved and scheduled. Closing your browser, signing out, or clearing cookies does not disconnect your social accounts. Keep your subscription active, required media available, and destination connected with publishing permission. Finish uploads before closing the page.

Calendar items include thumbnails or video indicators. Select an item to review its caption, media preview, destinations, timing, and results. Preview availability depends on whether the original or preview file is still retained.

RB records a separate result for every destination. Eligible failures may be retried automatically. Once processing finishes, select failed destinations to retry without resending to destinations already marked successful. Reconnect or correct the issue first. If the result is uncertain, check the original network before retrying to avoid a duplicate.

Published History shows destination results and available original-post links. Where Edit is offered, update supported text or metadata on that destination without creating a new post or changing other networks. Editing support varies by network, connection, and format; otherwise open the original post in the social app.

RB cannot publish or refresh insights for a disconnected destination. Review the option to keep connections needed by upcoming posts. Reconnecting the same account restores future scheduled destinations; connecting a different account does not move them. Posts missed while disconnected require review and do not automatically publish later.

Yes. Use Rename on an item, or select files and choose Delete selected. Removing a library entry does not delete an existing post or remove content from a social network. Storage is released when no retained post or library entry still needs that stored file.

Saved Media Library files remain for reuse until removed or deleted with the account. Post-only originals are normally eligible for cleanup seven days after publication, and separate image previews after 45 days. Shared originals remain while a library entry or another retained post needs them. After a canceled paid subscription has ended for 30 days, post-only media is also eligible for cleanup. Keep your own originals. Read retention details.

Review individual-network totals, combined summaries, trends, comparisons, and top-performing posts using available connected-account data. Instagram includes separate Stories and Reels reporting where data is available. Story history starts with observations RB can collect and may omit Stories that expired before collection. Unavailable measures are not zero; combined reach does not count unique people across networks.

RB requests an initial insights refresh when an account connects and checks most networks about hourly. X is checked at most once per 24 hours using the latest five posts. Networks may take longer to supply results. Analytics and Reports can update saved totals without a full reload. Changing filters uses stored data rather than forcing a new social-network refresh.

Yes. Choose networks, dates, metrics, and report sections; preview or save the report, add branding, and print or save a PDF. Organize results by property or campaign. Saved reports support weekly or monthly generation. Optional report emails send a link to your verified RB account address; sign in to open the saved report.

Anyone who has a share link can open it without signing in until it expires, currently after 30 days. It can show the selected publishing summary, post titles, and captions. Share it only with intended recipients. PDFs or downloaded copies can also be forwarded.

Yes. Upload your logo in Company branding to personalize your workspace and supported reports. It does not replace RB's navigation identity. Reports and share links may include your selected company name and branding.
