1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to RealtorBroadcast, including our website, account services, social media management tools, subscription features, and related support communications (the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password credentials in protected form, workspace details, and security preferences.
- Content you create, upload, schedule, or publish, including text, images, videos, captions, posting choices, and scheduled times.
- Support requests, feedback, and other communications you send to us.
Connected social account information
When you choose to connect a social network, the platform sends us information permitted by your authorization. Depending on the platform and permissions you approve, this may include your platform user ID, display name, profile image, pages or profiles you administer, access and refresh tokens, publishing permissions, post status, and performance information.
Billing information
Stripe processes subscription and payment information. We receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan, billing dates, and limited billing details needed to manage your account. RealtorBroadcast does not store your complete payment-card number.
Technical and usage information
We may collect IP address, browser and device information, login and security events, feature usage, error records, timestamps, and cookies or similar technologies needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, prevent fraud, and operate the Service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate, secure, and support user accounts.
- Connect only the social accounts and destinations you select.
- Prepare, schedule, publish, and monitor content at your direction.
- Display post status, analytics, reports, and account information.
- Process subscriptions, send receipts and service messages, and provide customer support.
- Detect abuse, investigate errors, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve the reliability, usability, and security of the Service.
4. Social platform data and OAuth
Connecting a social account is optional. RealtorBroadcast uses platform-approved authorization flows so you can grant access without giving us your social platform password. We request only the permissions needed for the features you choose. Tokens are treated as confidential credentials and protected in storage.
We use connected-platform data only to provide and improve the user-requested Service, maintain security, and comply with applicable platform requirements. We do not sell social platform data. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
You can disconnect a social account from RealtorBroadcast. You may also revoke access from the connected platform’s settings. Disconnecting stops new access but may not delete content already published to that platform.
5. When we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- To social platforms when you direct us to connect an account, retrieve authorized information, or publish content.
- To service providers that help operate RealtorBroadcast, including web hosting, Amazon SES email delivery, Stripe payment processing, security, storage, and technical support.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the Service.
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include encrypted connections, protected password storage, encrypted social authorization tokens, access controls, login protections, and optional multi-factor authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Content may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. Media attached to a pending scheduled post is retained through its scheduled publishing date. After a post is successfully published, its uploaded media is scheduled for deletion from active storage seven days after the recorded publication time. Backup copies may remain for a limited time before routine deletion.
7. Your choices and data deletion
You may update account information, disconnect social accounts, revoke permissions through a social platform, or cancel a subscription through available account tools. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@realtorbroadcast.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify information that is no longer required, subject to security, fraud-prevention, backup, transaction-record, and legal-retention obligations. Deleting RealtorBroadcast data does not remove posts or data held independently by a social platform.
8. Email communications
We use Amazon SES to deliver account verification, password reset, security, billing, and essential service messages. You cannot opt out of messages necessary to operate or secure your account. If we later offer marketing email, it will include the choices required by applicable law.
9. Children
RealtorBroadcast is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the Service.
10. Regional privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal, and to object to certain processing. You may submit a request using the contact information below. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service, platform requirements, or law changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise its effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email.
